"Risa really understood our desires for a new home. She stayed within our requested budget and offered options we had not considered. She knows the area very well, and managed to meet us and show homes when we were available. And, she is lovely to deal with, and she told us good restaurants, too!"

"I couldn't say enough about Risa. She was so helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. Risa helped pick out the perfect house for me. She listened to my wants and needs and made sure I understood the whole process and made sure to constantly keep me in the loop of what was happening. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be calling if I buy another home."

"My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and really wanted to work with a broker who was intimately knowledgeable of our areas of interest, responsive, trustworthy, and pleasant to work with. Risa is all of those things and so much more! We were referred to Risa by a close friend, and we are forever grateful because she truly made the process a great one for us. From the first moment we reached out to her, she responded to us with a whole list of houses that met our criteria and she set up a schedule for us the following day for viewings. She dedicated so much time to not only helping us view houses, but also inquiring with the sellers' agents whenever we had questions, and answering our own questions about the homebuying process. When we were ready to make an offer and it came down to negotiating, we were so happy to have Risa in our corner because she fought for what we wanted and we got our house for a great price. "Risa made what could have been a difficult experience for us pleasant because of her attentiveness and responsiveness. We were selling 2 houses and purchasing another. Although she was the broker for the purchased house she was quick to be helpful and offer excellent advice for our other transactions. Because of her extensive knowledge of the locality she was able to find a house for us before it came on the market. Even after we bought the house and the deal was closed she was immediately available when we had questions. We recommend her highly and will always be grateful to her for her help."
